The reservation is confirmed only after payment of the indicated amount.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellations or date changes are permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of the workshop. In this case, you will receive a full refund or a reservation will be made for another date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as the materials and space have been prepared exclusively for you.
Punctuality
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Out of respect for the group, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the entire activity will take place.
Safety and Allergies
The client is required to disclose any known skin or respiratory allergies prior to the workshop.
Bona Oloreta (Álvaro González García) uses high-quality essential oils, molecules, solvents, and other ingredients; however, it assumes no liability for allergic reactions resulting from their use if such reactions have not been reported, or from the improper use of these materials.
